This is a style of massage utilizing the full body pressure of the massage therapist to provide relief and relaxation. This style of massage is done with the feet!

This is a hands on work that stems from roots of Swedish, deep tissue and myofascial body work.

Based in Zen Shiatsu, this work as taught by Susan Hare and Beth Hazzard, incorporates both on and off the body work to remind your body of its innate perfection. Work is done clothed and on a massage table, it is recommend to wear long sleeves and pants that are loose and comfortable.
